Section 01

Definitions and Applicability

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings:

• "User" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on or is using the platform.
• "kvi8" or "we" refers to the entity operating this platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on the platform.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To use any service on kvi8, you must open a personal account. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is prohibited. If multiple accounts created using the same device, IP address, or payment method are detected, kvi8 reserves the right to close them immediately and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

kvi8 may request to verify your identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-approved document may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Age Verification and Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years old to use the kvi8 platform. This service is available only to those who are 21 years of age or older. Registration or participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Access from certain regions may be restricted. Users are responsible for confirming that using this service is legally permitted from their place of residence.

3.3 Self-Exclusion

If a user has previously voluntarily excluded themselves from any gaming platform, they should not register on kvi8. Full responsibility for any violation of this restriction lies with the user.

Account Security

4.1 Protecting Login Credentials

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, notify our support team immediately. kvi8 cannot be held responsible for losses if not notified in a timely manner.

4.3 Password Changes

For security purposes, it is recommended that you change your password regularly. Use a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using the same password across multiple platforms.

Section 05

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on kvi8 is ৳500. You can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer to make a deposit. Deposit processing is generally instant, though bank transfers may take a little longer.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

5.4 KYC and Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, kvi8 may carry out additional identity verification. This is a required process for anti-money laundering and fraud prevention purposes. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is complete.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus can be received once only and applies to the first deposit only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• A bonus offer may have a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once is prohibited.
• kvi8 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6.4 VIP Program

kvi8 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can be promoted to a higher tier based on active play. Bronze members can enjoy up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%.

Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to sufficient balance in the account. kvi8 reserves the right to void a bet if it is placed after an event has started or if there is a technical error.

7.2 Odds Changes

For live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. No complaints regarding odds changes will be accepted.

7.3 Result Verification

All sports betting results are verified from internationally recognized official sources. In the event of any dispute over a result, kvi8's decision will be considered final.

7.4 Casino Games

Casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round may be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of the account:

8.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or damage the platform's software or systems.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Operating an account using a false identity or inaccurate information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other unauthorized software.

8.2 Financial Misconduct

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Attempting to commit fraud through chargeback claims.

8.3 Other Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Using or redistributing any platform content for commercial purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another person's account.

10.2 Account Closure by the User

10.3 Balance of a Closed Account

Bonus funds in an account closed by kvi8 due to rule violations will be forfeited. However, the return of funds legitimately deposited will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kvi8 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and other elements — is exclusively owned by kvi8 or used under a proper license.

11.2 Restrictions on Use

Limitation of Liability
